Role Overview:
As Guest Experience Manager, you will be at the forefront of delivering an exceptional and seamless guest journey from arrival to departure. You will lead a dedicated team to ensure every guest receives personalized, thoughtful service that upholds the Four Seasons standard of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Guest Experience team to ensure outstanding service delivery.

Coordinate smooth arrival and departure experiences, including room allocations and resolving guest concerns.

Monitor and act on guest feedback to continuously improve satisfaction and loyalty.

Collaborate with departments to ensure clear communication and service continuity.

Create and implement innovative guest experience initiatives aligned with global trends.

Oversee and maintain guest profiles, ensuring preferences are updated and used to personalize stays.

Train, develop, and mentor the team to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
Qualifications & Experience:

3–5 years of experience in luxury hospitality, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.

Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Proven track record of enhancing guest satisfaction and loyalty.

Solid knowledge of hotel operations, front office systems, and guest relations procedures.

Calm under pressure and adept at resolving guest concerns diplomatically.

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
