This full-time, on-site role is ideal for hospitality professionals who are passionate about guest interaction, operational efficiency, and delivering warm, approachable service in a fast-paced hotel environment.
📌 Key Responsibilities:

Provide smooth and professional check-in and check-out experiences

Deliver personalized services that exceed guest expectations

Assist guests with operational needs, luggage, and room orientation

Share insights about local attractions and hotel amenities

Move and handle items such as guest luggage (up to 50 lbs unassisted, 100 lbs with help)

Respond to guest requests promptly and resolve concerns with empathy and efficiency

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized front-of-house environment

Follow company policies, ensure confidentiality, and uphold service quality standards

High school diploma or GED equivalent

No prior experience required—freshers welcome
