Job Summary:
Aloft Hotels is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join their team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site, non-management role is ideal for confident, personable professionals who thrive in social environments and enjoy delivering outstanding guest experiences. Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for guests during their stay

Handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and inquiries efficiently and professionally

Resolve guest issues promptly and with a positive attitude, ensuring a seamless experience

Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, events, and promotions to provide accurate information to guests

Work collaboratively with other hotel departments to enhance guest satisfaction

Promote a warm, welcoming, and personalized experience for every guest
Candidate Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus

A passion for delivering memorable guest experiences

Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
