Position Overview – Guest Experience Expert:
We are seeking a passionate and confident Guest Experience Expert to join our Rooms & Guest Services Operations team. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about delivering exceptional guest service, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys meaningful interactions with people from around the world.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver a warm, personalized, and efficient guest check-in and check-out experience.

• Provide guests with information and assistance regarding hotel services, local attractions, and general inquiries.

• Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints with a positive and solutions-oriented approach.

• Collaborate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

• Maintain accurate guest records and ensure all procedures are in compliance with Marriott International standards.

• Promote a fun, welcoming, and inclusive atmosphere throughout the hotel.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Previous experience in guest services or a customer-facing role is preferred.

• Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.

• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure.

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Proficiency in hotel systems and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
