Role Overview:

As a Guest Arrival Expert, you will create memorable first impressions for guests arriving and departing the hotel. You will ensure a smooth, welcoming experience while handling operational needs, guest requests, and reporting tasks. This role is critical to delivering Marriott’s signature hospitality and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes.

• Provide concierge-level guidance, including local area highlights and hotel services.

• Handle guest requests efficiently and resolve issues promptly.

• Complete operational tasks, including reports and coordination with other departments.

• Maintain professionalism in appearance, communication, and service standards.

• Move and handle luggage and objects up to 23 kg independently and heavier items with assistance.

• Ensure a safe work environment and comply with all hotel policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Prior experience in guest services or hospitality operations preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Professional demeanor with strong attention to guest satisfaction.

• Ability to work on your feet, lift, and move objects as required.

• Team-oriented, flexible, and adaptable to varying guest needs.

• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
