Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and escort guests, ensuring a smooth arrival and departure process

• Address guest needs and anticipate requests to exceed expectations

• Provide local area knowledge, answer inquiries, and offer concierge-style guidance

• Handle administrative tasks such as daily reports, guest service logs, and operational coordination

• Uphold Marriott standards for appearance, conduct, and guest interaction

• Move, lift, carry, or push up to 50 lbs without assistance

• Support colleagues and departments with a hands-on, proactive approach

• Maintain a professional, safe, and compliant work environment
