You will be at the forefront of guest interactions, ensuring they feel welcomed, valued, and supported throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming Guests: Greet guests upon arrival with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a smooth check-in process and a personalized welcome.

• Guiding Guests: Provide helpful guidance regarding hotel services, amenities, and local attractions, enriching the guest experience.

• Handling Departures: Assist with guest departures, ensuring a seamless checkout process, and asking for feedback to continually enhance service.

• Operational Support: Address guest requests, process operational needs, and complete necessary reports with attention to detail.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met and to maintain operational flow.

• Physical Tasks: Perform tasks such as standing, walking, and moving items (up to 50 pounds without assistance, over 75 pounds with assistance), ensuring efficient handling of physical duties required in the role.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).

• Experience: No prior related work experience required.

• Supervisory Experience: None required.

• Certification/License: Not required.

• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift objects up to 50 pounds.
