Growth Specialist (Analytics) – Digital Marketing & Loyalty
Landmark Group Dubai , UAE

Landmark Group is seeking a Growth Specialist (Analytics) for their Digital Marketing & Loyalty team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and the ability to turn raw data into actionable insights. This role involves building dynamic dashboards, optimizing data pipelines, and providing data-driven recommendations to enhance customer growth and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with SQL Server and related technologies to support data migrations, transformations, and integrations with third-party tools such as Funnel, Branch, and Google Analytics.

  • Design and implement data models, automation systems, and reporting structures that enable data-driven decisions.

  • Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI, Looker, and other tools to track key performance metrics and uncover trends.

  • Ensure data accuracy and reliability by managing data intake, validation, and engineering processes.

  • Turn complex datasets into clear narratives that influence business strategies and decisions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven recommendations.

  • Design scalable solutions to meet future business demands.

  • Communicate insights effectively to stakeholders through reports, presentations, and recommendations.

  • Leverage modern data technologies (e.g., SQL, Python, BigQuery) to improve data quality and reporting.

Required Skills & Expertise:

  • Strong knowledge of SQL and Python for data processing, modeling, and automation.

  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau).

  • Familiarity with cloud-based data architectures (Google BigQuery, AWS, Azure).

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data mining, predictive analytics, and statistical analysis.

  • Ability to design A/B tests and performance tracking frameworks.

  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights clearly.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience with SQL, Python, and analytics tools.

  • Experience in Retail Analytics, Digital analytics, or E-commerce.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
