TikTok, the world’s leading short-form video platform, is seeking a Growth Operation Summer Intern to join its LIVE MENA and Turkey team in Dubai. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on strategy, data analysis, and product operations to enhance live streaming experiences for creators and users. Key Responsibilities:

• Support TikTok LIVE operations in the MENAT region through strategy, product operations, and data analysis.

• Map user-creator interactions to identify improvements and drive LIVE content engagement & monetization.

• Analyze user behavior and motivations to create actionable strategies that improve live stream quality.

• Develop standout showcases through content refinement, equipment upgrades, events, agencies, and educational initiatives.

• Optimize governance processes for creator violations while improving the governance experience.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed or in progress).

• Strong data analysis, strategic planning, and execution skills.

• Ability to collaborate across functions with a deep understanding of content and live streaming trends.

• Experience in international live streaming operations preferred.

• Fluency in English (Arabic or Turkish is a plus).

• Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment
