V4 Company is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager with strategic vision and operational expertise to drive international paid acquisition campaigns. This role involves designing and scaling multi-channel growth strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Programmatic, TikTok, and other platforms, directly impacting the company’s global expansion and revenue.
Key Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and optimize full-funnel paid acquisition strategies.

Manage high-impact budgets (€50K–€200K+/month) ensuring ROAS, CAC stability, and improved LTV.

Build scalable campaign structures and automation workflows; implement A/B and multivariate testing.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, Product, and E-commerce teams.

Use analytics (GA4, Looker Studio, GTM) to inform decisions, forecast, and optimize campaigns.

Lead growth expansion into EMEA and South Asia markets, tailoring campaigns for local audiences.
Skills & Requirements

Experience: 5+ years in performance/growth marketing or digital acquisition.

Strong track record managing large-scale budgets and delivering measurable growth.

Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, retargeting, conversion tracking, CRO basics.

Analytical skills for cohort analysis, attribution modeling, and funnel optimization.

Excellent communication and business acumen; English fluency required.

Strategic thinker and hands-on executor; curious, experimental, and growth-driven mindset.
