Unifonic, a dynamic and award-winning SaaS company recognized as a Great Place to Work®, is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to drive full-funnel growth strategies across digital channels. This B2B role is pivotal in managing performance marketing, CRM automation, brand visibility, and collaboration with sales to convert leads into revenue. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in paid media, email marketing, CRO, SEO, and campaign analytics, all within a fast-paced and collaborative startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement growth and demand generation campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and META.

Create segmented email marketing campaigns and lead nurture workflows using HubSpot.

Develop and optimize lead scoring models and CRM automation processes.

Partner with sales to ensure marketing-qualified leads are efficiently handed off and optimized for conversion.

Continuously improve conversion rates through A/B testing, UX/CRO best practices, and landing page optimization.

Analyze campaign performance using HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other tools to deliver insights and forecasts.

Manage and update website content, UX, and SEO strategies for consistent performance.

Craft compelling, high-converting copy for digital ads, emails, and landing pages.

Lead content ideation aligned with campaign goals and funnel stages.

Maintain brand consistency and messaging across all customer touchpoints.

Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Customer Success) to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
Qualifications & Experience:

Proven success in performance marketing within a B2B SaaS environment.

Strong experience in paid media (Google, LinkedIn, META).
-
Proficiency in HubSpot for CRM, automation, email marketing, and lead scoring.

Expertise in conversion rate optimization and customer journey mapping.

Advanced knowledge of analytics and campaign reporting tools.

Excellent copywriting and content development skills.

Experience in SEO, UX, and website management.

Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
