Honeywell is seeking an experienced Growth Leader – Assets to drive go-to-market strategies and demand generation for its asset-focused offerings. This full-time, on-site role is based in Abu Dhabi and plays a critical part in growing Honeywell’s Software and Process Optimization Solutions business. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership in sales or business development, with a passion for innovation and collaboration across global teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Own and execute the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, driving qualified pipeline generation and year-over-year growth.

Lead business development efforts, including market analysis, white space mapping, partnerships, and new product launches.

Support and enhance sales and consulting performance across regions.

Apply global best practices to boost sales outcomes and efficiency.

Drive Global Management Operating System (MOS) performance, ensuring effective tracking and reporting.

Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including Sales, Consulting, Product & Engineering (P&E), and Business teams to ensure strong offering uptake.
Requirements:

10+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Consulting, preferably in Process Optimization or Software Solutions.

Proven success in demand generation or business development.

Strong understanding of CRM tools and their application in commercial strategy.

Ability to articulate business value to internal teams and external clients.

Strategic mindset with the ability to influence at various organizational levels.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).

MBA in General Management or Operations is preferred.
