Group Learning Development and Operations Manager
GRAITEC Italy Dubai , UAE

GRAITEC, a global leader in Building Information Modeling (BIM) solutions, is seeking a Group Learning Development and Operations Manager to drive learning and development initiatives and enhance HR operations across the organization. This role requires expertise in strategic HR management, talent development, and operational excellence. The manager will lead a team across EMEA & NAMER, optimizing HR workflows and employee development programs. A passion for transformation and HR impact is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement L&D programs, optimizing HR operations to drive business success.

  • Lead HR programs and operations, enhancing employee value propositions and organizational engagement.

  • Oversee HR policies, processes, and systems to ensure compliance and efficiency.

  • Use data and analytics to monitor L&D outcomes and HR performance.

  • Manage a team of experienced professionals in Operations & Office Management across EMEA & NAMER.

  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to align talent development and HR operations strategies.

  • Lead change management initiatives to improve culture, engagement, and HR operations.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field (Master’s preferred).

  • 10+ years of experience in HR, with 5+ years in a leadership role focusing on L&D or HR operations.

  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employee development programs, and learning technologies.

  • Proven experience in strategic HR management, talent development, and operational excellence.

  • Certification in HR or Learning & Development (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CPLP) is a plus.

  • Fluency in English and French.

  • Experience in a global or multi-country organization.
