Position: Group Finance Manager

Company Overview:
Charterhouse is proud to partner with a prominent group holding company in the UAE to identify a highly qualified Group Finance Manager. This leadership role will be based at the holding level and will provide financial oversight and governance across a diverse portfolio of business entities.

Role Overview:
Reporting directly to the CFO, the Group Finance Manager will take full ownership of financial operations, planning, and reporting across group subsidiaries. The focus will be on enhancing financial control, improving group consolidation practices, and developing robust FP&A tools to drive strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial reporting, group consolidations, and statutory compliance across all group entities.

• Develop and implement FP&A frameworks, forecasting models, and commercial reporting tools.

• Ensure strong financial governance, internal controls, and compliance with VAT and corporate tax regulations.

• Oversee receivables, banking relationships, and support project finance initiatives.

• Support external audits, drive accurate statutory filings, and liaise with auditors and regulatory bodies.

• Work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver actionable insights through financial analysis and business performance reviews.

• Mentor, lead, and develop the finance team, while contributing to talent development and succession planning.

Candidate Profile:

• Professionally qualified accountant (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent).

• 5+ years of post-qualification experience in a group-level corporate finance or reporting function.

• Prior experience in group structures and consolidation within the UAE is highly desirable.

• Sector exposure in property development, hospitality, or project-driven environments preferred.

• Strong leadership, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Proven ability to build scalable financial reporting and control frameworks.
