Role Description:
This is a part-time, per-session role for a Group Behavior Support Therapist at Eyeiz. The therapist will be responsible for:

• Planning and facilitating small-group behavior sessions (2–5 children per group)
• Implementing structured activities to target social, emotional, and behavioral goals
• Using positive behavior support strategies to encourage participation and progress
• Monitoring and documenting individual and group progress
• Collaborating with team members to adapt session plans based on group needs
• Maintaining a safe, supportive, and engaging environment

Qualifications:

• Background in Psychology, Special Education, Behavioral Science, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience working with children in a group or therapeutic setting
• Knowledge of behavior management strategies and group facilitation techniques
• Fluency in English with clear and professional communication (native or near-native proficiency preferred)
• Strong interpersonal skills, creativity, and a team-oriented mindset
• Experience working with children with autism, ADHD, or related needs is preferred

Compensation:

• Per session basis (competitive rates based on experience)
