Group Behavior Support Therapist

Role Description:
This is a part-time, per-session role for a Group Behavior Support Therapist at Eyeiz. The therapist will be responsible for:
- Planning and facilitating small-group behavior sessions (2–5 children per group)
- Implementing structured activities to target social, emotional, and behavioral goals
- Using positive behavior support strategies to encourage participation and progress
- Monitoring and documenting individual and group progress
- Collaborating with team members to adapt session plans based on group needs
- Maintaining a safe, supportive, and engaging environment
Qualifications:
- Background in Psychology, Special Education, Behavioral Science, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience working with children in a group or therapeutic setting
- Knowledge of behavior management strategies and group facilitation techniques
- Fluency in English with clear and professional communication (native or near-native proficiency preferred)
- Strong interpersonal skills, creativity, and a team-oriented mindset
- Experience working with children with autism, ADHD, or related needs is preferred
Compensation:
- Per session basis (competitive rates based on experience)
