DP World is seeking a Group Assistant Manager for their Corporate Finance & Business Development department in Dubai. This role provides financial analysis and execution support for projects managed by the team, including investments, acquisitions, divestments, and financing. The ideal candidate will assist with due diligence, financial modeling, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support senior CF BD team members in evaluating and executing project investments and acquisitions

• Conduct due diligence on opportunities including data collection, research, and analysis

• Prepare and review financial models to assess the economic viability of projects

• Assist in preparing presentations and materials for internal project approvals

• Monitor completed investments, including Post Investment Reviews

• Work collaboratively with the CF BD team and other business units

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree required; professional qualification (CFA, CPA, CMA, ACCA, etc.) preferred

• 2-4 years of experience in financial modeling, auditing, and corporate finance, ideally in the maritime or infrastructure industry

• Expertise in corporate finance concepts, valuation methodologies, and M&A synergy analysis

• Excellent financial modeling and MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Word)

• Experience with Bloomberg, FactSet, Capital IQ databases is a plus

• Strong research, analytical, and multitasking abilities

• Proficiency in written and spoken English; fluency in an additional language is desirable
