Role Overview

TBR Global Chauffeuring is seeking a detail-oriented Ground Transportation Operations Coordinator to manage and coordinate daily chauffeur and transportation operations. This role is central to ensuring seamless service delivery by monitoring live operations, coordinating drivers and suppliers, and resolving issues in real time.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily ground transportation jobs and conduct control calls with drivers

• Monitor live system alerts and proactively address delays, traffic issues, or flight changes

• Process and confirm booking requests, ensuring accuracy and completeness of details

• Liaise with drivers, suppliers, and clients to resolve operational and service-related queries

• Update internal systems to ensure all job and client information is current and accurate

• Prepare quotations and assign appropriate drivers or suppliers based on service requirements

• Provide clear and thorough shift handovers, highlighting operational risks or pending issues

• Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and strong knowledge of company systems and procedures
