Job Description:

A leading real estate advisory firm in Dubai is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join their marketing team. This role involves developing visual concepts, marketing materials, and digital content to enhance brand presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong design portfolio, excellent creative skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality visual content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop fresh and engaging design concepts aligned with the company’s marketing strategies.

• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to create compelling visual campaigns for print, digital, and advertising materials.

• Design storyboards, sketches, and layouts to effectively communicate ideas.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate messaging concepts into visual designs.

• Create graphic content, illustrations, infographics, stop-motion animations, and motion graphics for online and offline marketing.

• Design social media graphics, website visuals, and promotional materials to boost the brand’s online presence.

• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing projects and keep up to date with the latest design trends.

• Manage the entire design process from concept to final delivery, ensuring timely execution.

Requirements:

• Strong skills in Illustration, Photo Manipulation, and Graphic Design.

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.

• Knowledge of photo shooting and video filming is a plus.

• Strong visual composition skills with an eye for aesthetics and branding.

• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

• Understanding of marketing principles, website design, corporate branding, and multimedia design.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the real estate industry.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Arts, Design, Photography, or a related field.

• A strong portfolio showcasing creativity and design expertise.

• Currently based in the UAE.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 5,000 – 6,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).
