Whizz HR is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer – Packaging to join our team. The ideal candidate will conceptualize and execute innovative packaging designs that align with brand identity, engage customers, and stand out on shelves. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for an experienced designer with a strong understanding of packaging design, print production, and branding strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop packaging solutions for boxes, pouches, labels, and cartons.
• Translate marketing objectives into visually compelling packaging designs.
• Ensure brand consistency while creating visually impactful designs.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and printing vendors to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
• Prepare production-ready artwork, ensuring dielines and technical specs are met.
• Stay updated with market trends, packaging materials, and sustainability practices.
• Maintain an organized archive of all design files and versions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in packaging design (preferably FMCG or product-based industries).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of print production processes and packaging materials.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a keen sense of aesthetics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with 3D packaging mockup tools (e.g., Adobe Dimension, Cinema 4D).
• Knowledge of sustainable packaging design.
• Exposure to branding and product marketing.
