Role Overview:
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually engaging content for real estate marketing. The ideal candidate must have Dubai real estate market experience and a strong portfolio showcasing design skills. This is a full-time, on-site position in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design social media posts, brochures, and digital campaigns for real estate projects.

• Edit property photos and create short promotional videos.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain consistent branding.

• Prepare presentations, proposals, and other marketing materials.

• Ensure high-quality content production for magazine or website standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design; real estate experience preferred.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Capcut.

• Skills in reels, motion graphics, photo and video editing.

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

• Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and proactive attitude.

• Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively.

• Creative portfolio is mandatory.
