Job Title: Graphic Designer 

Job Description:
We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join our creative team, responsible for developing and visualizing innovative designs across a wide variety of media. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, to produce high-quality designs that meet organizational standards and align with business goals. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met while maintaining creativity and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on a diverse range of projects and media, including web pages, presentations, signage, newsletters, and marketing materials

• Collaborate with managers and teams to ensure designs meet brand expectations, business goals, and project requirements

• Create and execute high-quality designs by determining ideal color schemes, text, fonts, imagery, and layout

• Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials using content management systems

• Continuously improve design processes by identifying flaws and proposing solutions

• Update and maintain internal databases for design, photography, and video assets

• Translate strategic direction into effective designs within the brand identity and business goals

• Stay updated with current trends and market knowledge to inform design decisions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills

• At least 5 years of experience with design software such as Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Premiere

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

• Strong desire for continuous learning and skill development

• Preferably Filipino and Dubai-based candidate

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in a creative or marketing agency

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or a related field

• Knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript

• Familiarity with WordPress and content management systems

• Experience in photography and proficiency with photo-editing software
