Genetic Callnet Consultancy Pvt Ltd. is seeking a creative and driven Graphic Designer with hands-on experience in social media content creation and digital marketing. Based in our Dubai office, you will play a key role in designing visual content and executing social media strategies that support our brand identity and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually compelling graphics for social media, digital campaigns, and other marketing materials

• Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to grow brand visibility and engagement

• Write engaging and relevant posts aligned with brand tone and goals

• Monitor social media platforms and respond to user engagement

• Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and timely content delivery

• Optimize social media profiles and content (SMO) for better reach and engagement

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in graphic design (mandatory)

• Proficiency in social media content creation, including writing and visual storytelling

• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Knowledge of Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Familiarity with analytics tools and interpreting engagement metrics

• Experience working with internal teams to meet brand and campaign goals

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (preferred)
