Role Overview

This Graduate Trainee program is designed to develop future Relationship Managers for Business Banking. The selected candidate will be responsible for acquiring and managing SME client relationships, driving revenue growth across assets and liabilities, and ensuring high service standards in line with regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients through internal leads and Relationship Officers.

• Manage and grow existing client portfolios, maximizing revenue from assets, liabilities, and cross-sell opportunities.

• Achieve annual performance targets for revenue, profits, asset/deposit growth, and customer acquisition.

• Provide strategic direction to junior team members and identify sales opportunities.

• Deliver advisory services on Trade and Treasury products and align them with customer needs.

• Ensure excellent customer service, minimal turnaround times (TATs), and high client satisfaction.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge and compliance with regulatory standards including UAE Central Bank policies, KYC, AML, and operational risk protocols.

• Assist clients in resolving issues related to trade, credit, insurance, and investment services.

• Maintain accurate client documentation and support internal reporting requirements.

• Uphold the bank’s reputation by adhering to the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.

Eligibility & Skills

• This position is open only to UAE Nationals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (recent graduates welcome).

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to identify client needs and deliver tailored financial solutions.
