Job Title: Graduate Supply Chain Specialist

Job Description:
Ferrero presents an exceptional career-launching opportunity for recent graduates in the UAE to join as a Graduate Supply Chain Specialist under a structured two-year rotational development program in Dubai.

This role is designed to provide in-depth exposure to Ferrero’s Supply Chain functions, with the first year focused on Customer Service and the second on Logistics. You’ll gain practical knowledge, contribute to impactful projects, and grow into a skilled supply chain professional.

What You Will Experience:

Year 1 – Customer Service:

• Manage shipments and ensure timely order processing for key accounts across Dubai and the Northern Emirates.

• Maintain high service levels through effective relationship management with clients.

• Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and recommend improvement strategies.

• Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with business partners.

Year 2 – Logistics:

• Oversee inbound shipments and coordinate with teams to ensure timely delivery.

• Handle escalations related to delayed or problematic shipments.

• Register new products with Dubai Municipality in compliance with regulations.

• Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and ensure stock accuracy.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.

• Strong communication skills and business acumen.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.

• Attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement.

• Passion for logistics and customer service within a fast-paced environment.
