Invisible Expert Marketplace is seeking a Graduate Level Expert AI Data Trainer to join a cutting-edge team powering the next generation of AI language models. This role focuses on training AI models to enhance their reasoning, logic, and creativity in domain-specific subjects. As an Expert AI Data Trainer, you will create and solve domain-related problems, design evaluation rubrics, grade model outputs, and coach AI models to self-evaluate and improve. You will collaborate closely with expert trainers, quality analysts, and AI researchers to shape how AI understands complex topics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Author and solve problems specific to your area of expertise

• Develop rubrics defining ideal answers

• Evaluate and grade AI model outputs, identifying logical, ethical, and clarity gaps

• Guide AI models to reason step-by-step and improve creativity

• Participate in quality and ethics reviews, flagging biases or inaccuracies

• Collaborate through workshops, sync meetings, and instruction refinement

Skills Required:

• Graduate degree (Master’s or PhD) in any domain

• Native-level proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (essential)

• Strong critical thinking and problem-deconstruction skills

• Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex errors clearly

• Detail-oriented with a strong ethical mindset

• Ability to multitask and switch between detailed reviews and broader tasks

• Experience in peer-reviewed research, university teaching, or specialized industry experience (preferred)
