Role Overview:

WSP is seeking passionate Emirati graduates to join its Environment & Sustainability program. If you have a degree in environmental sciences or a related engineering discipline and are looking to make an impact in sustainable infrastructure and environmental consulting, this opportunity is for you.

Eligible Degree Backgrounds:

• Environmental, Process, Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering

• Occupational Health

• Architecture, Geology, Geography, Biology, Chemistry

• Industrial Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Support technical delivery of Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (ESIAs), Construction Environmental Management Plans (CEMPs), and Environmental Management Systems (EMS)

• Assist with environmental baseline surveys and monitoring

• Ensure compliance with environmental permits and sustainability criteria during design and construction

• Work with cross-functional teams and coordinate with subconsultants

• Provide support on project proposals and commercial documents

• Track environmental performance and contribute to sustainability improvements

• Support stakeholder engagement and communications

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• UAE National with relevant degree (required under Emiratization initiative)

• Strong written and spoken English; Arabic and/or French are a plus

• Exposure to Middle East environmental regulations

• Willingness to undertake site work and liaise with contractors

• Familiarity with sustainability frameworks and international lender assessments is an advantage

• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
