The role is part of GHD’s Graduate Development Program, designed to build future leaders and technical specialists through hands-on project experience, mentoring, and professional development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to architectural design and consultancy projects across diverse sectors including Water, Energy, Industrial, Property, and Buildings.

• Participate in GHD’s two-year global graduate program to develop technical expertise, leadership, and communication skills.

• Gain hands-on experience and exposure to projects both in the UAE and internationally.

• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions.

• Engage in mentoring, training, and development activities with support towards chartered status.

• Apply creativity and problem-solving skills to support design excellence and project outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (mandatory).
