Resume.ae, a division of Amourion Group, is seeking an experienced Government Public Policy Manager (Arabic) to lead strategic engagement with government entities, NGOs, and academic institutions across the UAE and selected GCC markets. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in public policy, government relations, and regulatory affairs—particularly within the digital and content sectors. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping policy strategies, building long-term partnerships, and ensuring alignment with regional regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain relationships with government bodies, NGOs, and academic institutions
• Engage regularly with policymakers and advisors to stay informed on regulatory developments
• Launch joint initiatives that align with government and company priorities
• Collaborate with internal teams to shape strategic plans and ensure regulatory compliance
• Identify and respond to emerging policy issues in the GCC region
• Monitor political and social developments to mitigate operational risks
• Interpret and communicate policy updates to internal stakeholders
• Represent the company in policy discussions and public forums

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in public policy, government relations, or advocacy
• 3–5 years of experience in local government or a global internet company’s policy team (preferred)
• Deep understanding of the GCC political landscape, content market, and social media industry
• Strong network with policymakers, academia, and tech industry leaders in the region
• Proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
• Excellent judgment, lobbying skills, and project management capabilities
• Educational background in law or public policy is a plus
