Job Overview
We are looking for a Global Visa Expert to join our growing team in Dubai. You will be the go-to consultant for clients seeking expert assistance with visa applications and immigration documentation for destinations across the globe. This role requires attention to detail, strong client-handling skills, and up-to-date knowledge of international visa regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personalized visa consultation services to clients across various countries.

Manage the end-to-end visa application process including form filling, documentation review, and submission.

Stay updated on global visa policies, immigration law changes, and embassy requirements.

Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and visa centers to ensure smooth processing.

Handle multiple client requests with professionalism and accuracy.

Assist with escalated visa issues, rejections, or complex travel situations.

Maintain visa application tracking systems and client records accurately.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in global visa processing, preferably in a travel agency or immigration consultancy.

Strong understanding of visa rules and international travel documentation.

Excellent command of English (spoken and written); additional languages (especially Arabic or French) are a plus.

Customer-focused mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Skilled in using visa processing platforms and databases.

Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines.

Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Law, Tourism, or a related field.

Previous experience working with embassies or visa centers is a strong advantage.
