In this fully remote role, you will play a vital part in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various functions, particularly in the Web3 and crypto space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.

• Source and attract candidates via multiple channels (job boards, social media, networks, etc.).

• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate interview scheduling.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and process support.

• Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate and updated candidate data.

• Assist in building employer branding initiatives to strengthen talent attraction.

• Provide regular updates to the HR team and hiring managers on recruitment progress.

• Support HR projects and initiatives as needed, contributing to broader talent goals.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar recruitment role.

• Experience recruiting in the tech or fintech industries; Web3 or crypto hiring experience is a strong advantage.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with candidates and internal stakeholders.

• Ability to operate independently, manage multiple hiring processes, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• High integrity and alignment with professional ethics and values.

• Fluent in English with advanced verbal and written communication skills.
