TikTok’s Global Rotation Program (GRP) offers fresh graduates a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple business areas within its Global Business Solutions (GBS) team. This full-time, multi-region rotational program spans APAC, LATAM, and METAP, designed to build versatile, next-generation leaders in sales, operations, and business analytics.
As part of this 12-month rotation, you will explore TikTok’s global business ecosystem, learn from industry leaders, and gain cross-functional exposure in one of the world’s most dynamic digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

Participate in a structured global rotation covering functions such as sales, marketing operations, business analytics, and client management.

Gain a holistic understanding of TikTok’s commercialization strategies and digital advertising business model.

Analyze customer data to design custom marketing solutions and optimize ad placements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams across global offices to drive innovation and business growth.

Training Areas Include:

Qualifications:

Recent or upcoming Bachelor’s or Master’s graduate (2026).
