Regent Global, a purpose-driven organization with a global presence in education, real estate, AI, and investment, is seeking a Global Recruitment Head Hunter to join their CEO’s office. This is a full-time, remote position that will focus on leading global recruitment projects, sourcing exceptional talent, and managing the recruitment process for various departments. The ideal candidate should be proactive, results-driven, and able to work closely with senior management to meet the company’s growing recruitment needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the CEO and senior leadership to understand recruitment needs across multiple regions.

  • Proactively identify and approach top talent through modern sourcing strategies, including direct outreach.

  • Represent and promote the Regent Global brand, attracting candidates who align with the company’s mission and values.

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline, staying in touch with high-potential candidates even when no immediate vacancies exist.

  • Conduct screening conversations, assessing candidates based on mindset, ability to deliver, and alignment with the Regent mission.

  • Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts, candidate conversations, and progress, with direct reporting to the CEO.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong networking skills, with the ability to connect and build meaningful professional relationships.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to persuade and present clearly.

  • Resilient and self-driven, thriving under pressure and taking ownership of goals.

  • Results-focused, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver high standards.

  • Strong cultural alignment with Regent’s belief in action, momentum, and working with like-minded individuals.

  • Regional awareness of local hiring nuances in at least one of the five priority regions of Regent Global.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience in organizing and managing recruitment data.

  • High energy, passion for recruitment, and a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed quotas.
