Armeton Group is seeking an experienced Global Procurement Manager to lead and optimize the company’s global sourcing strategy. This full-time, on-site role is based in Dubai and involves managing procurement processes across multiple countries, ensuring cost efficiency, supplier performance, sustainability, and operational excellence. The role also supports new plant expansions while standardizing global procurement procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a centralized procurement strategy across all plants.

• Lead supplier negotiations on cost, quality, delivery, and sustainability criteria.

• Drive innovation in sourcing by introducing new and repurposed materials.

• Standardize procurement processes and tools for global efficiency.

• Manage supplier performance, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with international trade regulations.

• Support new plant openings with procurement planning, onboarding, and coordination.

• Collaborate with HR, Finance, R&D, and Operations to align procurement with business objectives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, ideally in manufacturing.

• Strong background in cost control, supplier performance, and risk management.

• Knowledge of international trade regulations and procurement best practices.

• Familiarity with sustainable sourcing methods and ecological standards.

• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.

• Fluent in English; Spanish, Polish, or Slovenian is a plus.
