This full-time, remote role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience working with outsourced payroll bureaus and a passion for process improvement. You’ll play a key role in ensuring timely, accurate payroll delivery while supporting finance, HR, and compliance functions in a globally distributed team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver accurate and timely payrolls across multiple countries
• Process payroll and contractor data in a structured, organized manner
• Manage monthly payroll tasks and deadlines
• Prepare payroll reports and journal entries for finance
• Ensure GDPR compliance and maintain payroll confidentiality
• Resolve or escalate payroll queries
• Improve systems and processes between HR, Payroll, and Finance
• Maintain and update payroll policies and procedures
• Support finance and HR projects, audits, and reporting
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure global compliance
• Act as the point of contact for escalated payroll issues
