Glow Beauty on Demand is hiring a Global Community Manager to lead and grow Binance-owned communities, strengthen brand engagement, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives. The role requires deep crypto-native knowledge, social platform expertise, and strategic project execution skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with and grow global communities on Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, and other platforms.

• Create content and initiatives to strengthen brand trust and community engagement.

• Recruit, onboard, and manage Binance Angels and other community members.

• Gather community insights and share with internal teams to inform decisions.

• Identify gaps in community systems and implement improvements.

• Coordinate cross-functional projects to optimize workflows and user experience.

• Define KPIs, track progress, and report impact.

• Align community needs with product and system roadmaps.

• Evaluate new opportunities for community-driven initiatives.

Requirements / Skills:

• Deep experience in crypto culture (DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, wallets, etc.) and familiarity with Binance products.

• Proven track record in managing communities or events with creativity and strong ownership.

• Proficiency in social platforms: Twitter/X, Discord, Telegram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.

• Skilled in content creation/curation and reporting community KPIs.

• Strategic and operational mindset with experience in business, consulting, or project management.

• Adaptable, execution-oriented, and willing to engage across global time zones.

• Technical skills (automation, bot building, dashboards) are a plus.
