This position is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in aluminum and glass fabrication, installation, and team supervision. The Foreman will oversee daily operations, ensure quality standards, and coordinate with project teams to deliver timely and precise work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of aluminum and glass technicians on-site
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings for fabrication and installation
• Ensure proper cutting, assembling, and fitting of aluminum frames and glass panels
• Monitor quality control and adherence to safety protocols
• Manage material inventory and coordinate with procurement for timely supply
• Train and guide team members on best practices and safety standards
• Report progress and issues to project managers and stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Foreman in aluminum and glass works
• Strong knowledge of fabrication techniques, tools, and materials
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Familiarity with safety regulations and quality assurance procedures
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the UAE (preferred)
