Job Description:
Symmetry Recovery Center is seeking a General Manager/ Rehabilitation Specialist to drive the growth and expansion of our network of clinics across the UAE. Specializing in joint and back pain rehabilitation, we utilize our innovative Biomechanotherapy method, which integrates passive and active recovery strategies tailored to individual patient needs. This role presents an exciting opportunity to shape the future of healthcare in the UAE by enhancing our medical services, expanding clinic locations, and improving the patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the launch of new clinics across the UAE, ensuring each location aligns with our high standards of care and service.

• Lead the development and improvement of rehabilitation programs and medical services, based on the principles of Biomechanotherapy.

• Define and implement the growth strategy for our clinics, focusing on service diversification and market positioning.

• Collaborate with medical teams to ensure alignment on product knowledge and treatment methodologies.

• Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to optimize services and uncover new growth opportunities.

• Analyze operational and performance data to drive informed, data-backed decision-making.

• Build and refine internal operational processes to increase efficiency, scalability, and quality of care across all locations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in healthcare product management or clinical operations, particularly in rehabilitation or similar healthcare fields.

• Deep understanding of patient experience, service design, and the medical product lifecycle.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.

• Strategic thinking and a hands-on approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
