Role Overview

We are seeking a General Manager – Asset & Property Management for an integrated real estate and property services organization based in Dubai. This executive role is responsible for driving portfolio growth, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction across the UAE, with scope to support expansion into emerging Middle East markets.

The successful candidate will be a strategic, commercially driven leader capable of unifying multiple specialized service verticals—including asset management, property management, facilities management, and Owners Association services—to enhance portfolio value, improve revenue diversification, and strengthen market leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Growth

• Develop and execute business strategies to drive portfolio growth and revenue expansion across asset and property management services

• Lead market entry and expansion initiatives within the UAE and emerging ME markets

• Identify and secure large-scale contracts with developers, investors, and Owners Associations

Asset & Portfolio Management

• Oversee performance of diversified real estate portfolios to maximize asset value and long-term returns

• Drive service integration across asset management, property management, and facilities management verticals

• Ensure delivery excellence across residential, commercial, and mixed-use assets

Regulatory & Governance Oversight

• Ensure full compliance with UAE real estate regulations, including RERA, Dubai Land Department (DLD), and Jointly Owned Property (JOP) Law

• Oversee governance frameworks, Owners Association compliance, and statutory reporting

• Act as a senior regulatory interface with authorities and key stakeholders

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, Owners Associations, and regulatory bodies

• Enhance client satisfaction through consistent service quality and transparent reporting

• Represent the organization as a senior industry leader in the UAE real estate market

Organizational & Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and align senior management and cross-functional teams

• Foster a performance-driven culture focused on accountability, compliance, and service excellence

• Drive talent development and succession planning across business units

Candidate Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related discipline

• Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) strongly preferred

Experience

• Proven senior executive leadership experience in real estate, asset management, property management, facilities management, or Owners Association services within the UAE

• Deep, hands-on knowledge of Dubai’s real estate regulatory framework (RERA, DLD, JOP Law)

• Demonstrated success in managing multi-vertical operations, large portfolios, and high-value contracts
