Your Role: General Manager – Luxury Division
As a General Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the commercial strategy of one or more luxury brands within Chalhoub Group. Your leadership will drive revenue growth, team capability, brand development, and omnichannel excellence. You will own the brand’s vision and business outcomes while delivering superior operational, financial, and customer experience results.
Key Responsibilities:
🚀 Strategic & Commercial Leadership

Develop brand business plans aligned with overall vertical strategies.

Set and monitor sales KPIs, P&L targets, and annual budgets.

Lead new market entries, store openings, and digital growth projects.

Identify category gaps and lead brand acquisition strategies.
🛍️ Brand Growth & Customer Experience

Create a seamless hybrid customer journey integrating online and offline touchpoints.

Build digital revenue channels, including eCommerce and in-store technology.

Ensure store network investments (openings, renovations, closures) align with ROI goals.

Cultivate VIP customer communities and long-term loyalty strategies.
💼 Operational & Financial Oversight

Ensure OPEX and CAPEX align with monthly forecasts.

Monitor financial statements and ensure performance accuracy.

Manage supplier relationships and lead commercial negotiations.

Drive transformation and automation initiatives for operational efficiency.
👥 Team Leadership & Talent Development

Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing cross-functional team.

Ensure succession planning, talent mobility, and professional growth.

Collaborate with HR on performance management, learning, and team structure.

Promote diversity, equity, and inclusive team culture.
What You Bring to the Role:

Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury retail, with at least 4 years in senior leadership.

Strong P&L management, budgeting, and commercial strategy expertise.

Excellent stakeholder and client relationship management.

Track record of building and leading large teams across functional areas.

Skilled in project execution, omnichannel growth, and business transformation.

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
