Job Title: General Manager
Job Description:
We are looking for a seasoned General Manager to oversee and lead the full spectrum of operations for our drinking water production facilities. This strategic role is perfect for a driven professional with 20+ years of experience in manufacturing, operational leadership, and business development—especially within FMCG environments. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise, regulatory knowledge, and a passion for operational excellence to drive growth, profitability, and efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and streamline daily operations of drinking water production to ensure efficiency and output quality

Develop and execute strategic business and operational plans aligned with market demands

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations (local and international)

Lead cross-functional teams and foster a high-performance, collaborative culture

Maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies, customers, and key suppliers

Implement quality control systems (HACCP, GMP, ISO) to ensure product integrity and safety

Monitor financial performance, control operational costs, and drive profitability

Support long-term business growth through new product development and process innovation

Oversee annual, monthly, and weekly production planning based on market trends and maintenance schedules

Drive expansion strategy through product line innovation, rebranding, and market penetration

Optimize production processes using Lean Six Sigma principles for greater efficiency

Deliver performance analysis and reports to support executive decision-making
Qualifications & Skills Required:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering (or a related field)

Certifications in water treatment, HACCP, ISO standards, or environmental management are a plus

Proven 20+ years’ experience in water production, FMCG manufacturing, and strategic operations

Deep understanding of quality assurance systems and regulatory frameworks

Demonstrated leadership in driving business development and team performance

Financial acumen and hands-on experience with budgeting and P&L oversight

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
