Azizi Developments, a leading Dubai-based developer, is seeking a General Manager to oversee and manage the recruitment and talent acquisition processes across their Engineering and Design department. This full-time, on-site role requires a proven track record in recruitment and talent acquisition management, particularly in the real estate development and construction sectors. The role will lead a team of 9 professionals, driving the recruitment strategy and enhancing the company’s employer brand.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end recruitment for senior and mid-level roles across Engineering and Design sectors.

Create and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies in line with company growth.

Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align on recruitment priorities and timelines.

Ensure a top-tier candidate experience, maintaining consistent and clear communication.

Utilize job boards, social media, and networking events to build a strong talent pipeline.

Provide expertise on the external talent market to influence hiring decisions.

Enhance the company’s employer brand within the competitive real estate development industry.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven success in managing large-scale recruitment for engineering, design, or technical roles within real estate development, construction, or engineering sectors in the Middle East.

Senior-level recruitment experience and ability to manage a team of professionals.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and establish credibility within a fast-paced environment.

Experience managing a high requisition workload with full-desk recruiting strategies.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
