Job Title: General Maintenance Assistant / Helper

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and dependable General Maintenance Assistant to support day-to-day operations by handling routine tasks such as cleaning, organizing, and assisting with equipment and material handling. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, reliable, and eager to learn, contributing to a safe, clean, and efficient work environment. This role is essential to keeping the workspace organized and operational while supporting the team in various manual tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out general cleaning, sweeping, and workspace organization

• Assist in lifting, moving, and setting up tools, equipment, and materials

• Perform basic construction tasks such as measuring, cutting, and assembling materials

• Run errands such as collecting supplies and making inter-department deliveries

• Support the setup and dismantling of equipment for events or on-site projects

• Help with loading and unloading deliveries or merchandise

• Adhere to all safety guidelines to maintain a clean and hazard-free environment

• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure all assignments are completed effectively

Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory

• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks independently or in a team

• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and good communication skills

• Physically fit and capable of lifting or carrying heavy items when needed

• Eagerness to learn and take on a variety of tasks

• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools is a plus

• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety
