Position Overview:
We are looking for a dependable and hardworking General Helper to support daily operations across maintenance, logistics, and site preparation tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is physically fit, eager to learn, and willing to assist in various duties that contribute to smooth and safe workplace operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning, sweeping, and maintenance of work areas.

• Support with lifting, transporting, and arranging tools, equipment, or materials.

• Assist in basic construction and repair tasks, such as measuring and assembling components.

• Run errands including collecting supplies and distributing items to appropriate departments.

• Help with setup and breakdown of equipment for events or projects.

• Load and unload delivery vehicles as needed.

• Follow workplace safety protocols and keep environments clean and organized.

• Work collaboratively with team members to complete assigned tasks efficiently.

Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Prior experience in a similar helper role is an advantage.

• Ability to work independently and take direction.

• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

• Physically fit and capable of handling heavy lifting and manual labor.

• Eagerness to learn new skills and assist in a variety of tasks.

• Basic familiarity with hand and power tools is a plus.
