Egis is currently hiring a highly experienced General Foreman for a Pedestrian Bridge Construction Project in Dubai. This role requires strong site supervision experience and the ability to coordinate large construction teams and subcontractors on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site operations related to pedestrian bridge construction

• Organize and coordinate labor, subcontractors, materials, and equipment on-site

• Ensure all works comply with project specifications, safety guidelines, and deadlines

• Monitor and report daily progress, issues, and site activities

• Work closely with Project Engineers, Site Supervisors, and contractors

• Maintain and monitor the proper use of construction equipment and tools

• Enforce HSE policies and conduct routine site safety checks

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in bridge construction

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with pedestrian bridge projects

• Proven leadership in managing site teams and multiple subcontractors

• Strong understanding of construction plans and project sequencing

• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory

• Must be currently located in the UAE and available for immediate interview and joining
