Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented General Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent multitasking, communication, and operational planning skills and will help manage day-to-day administrative functions efficiently within the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage scheduling, client coordination, and daily office operations.

Support real estate administration activities, with prior experience preferred.

Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) effectively for documentation and communication.

Assist with real estate documentation including basic knowledge of RERA processes, Ejari, and real estate portals such as Bayut, Dubizzle, and Property Finder.

Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams.

Perform other administrative tasks as required to support smooth operations.
Requirements:

Previous experience in real estate administration is preferred.

Strong multitasking and operational planning skills are mandatory.

Excellent communication and time management abilities.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Basic understanding of RERA documentation and real estate portals is a plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: AED 4000 – AED 5000 (depending on experience and qualifications)
