The Boundary is looking for a GCC Technical Manager to join their team in Dubai. This role involves being the technical expert for The Boundary’s suite of services, including Digital Twin, Sales Gallery Solutions, and Virtual Tours. You will manage client relationships, ensure smooth onboarding and deployment, and work with internal teams to integrate and support cutting-edge technology. The role requires regular travel across the GCC region to meet with clients and provide technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted partner and advisor.

• Support client onboarding by helping set up and integrate Realspace SaaS platform on-site.

• Lead in-person training sessions to help clients and sales teams maximize platform usage.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system installations, hardware, and third-party integrations.

• Stay updated on trends in real estate marketing, SaaS platforms, and Web3 technologies.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success and identify upsell opportunities.

• Serve as the bridge between clients and The Boundary’s product/support teams.

• Travel across the GCC region to support clients and resolve technical issues.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in a client-facing technical role involving software, hardware, or tech solutions.

• Knowledge of networking, Microsoft Windows, and display/lighting system integration.

• Exceptional IT support skills, including understanding of PC hardware and architecture.

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; comfortable leading training sessions.

• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Proactive problem-solver who thrives in dynamic, evolving environments.

• Passion for technology and a desire to contribute to a growing company.

• Willingness to travel for urgent client needs.

• Arabic language skills are preferred but not essential.
