Job Title: FX & Bullion Sales Team Lead

As part of their strategic growth in the FX and Bullion space, they are seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead to manage and mentor a high-performing sales and IB (Introducing Broker) team. This role combines hands-on leadership with strategic vision, offering the opportunity to shape sales initiatives, expand market reach, and make a significant impact in a competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and develop a dynamic team of FX/Bullion sales representatives and IB partners.

Create and execute effective sales strategies aligned with business goals and market demands.

Set clear KPIs and performance metrics for sales teams, ensuring consistent achievement and improvement.

Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, partnerships, and emerging market trends.

Participate in and organize industry seminars, webinars, and promotional events to enhance visibility and client engagement.

Conduct competitive research and attend global trade events to stay ahead of industry developments.

Foster a high-performance culture through continuous feedback, training, and support.

Native or fluent proficiency in both English and Mandarin.

Education & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.

5+ years of sales experience in financial services, including 3+ years in FX or Bullion markets.

Proven success in team leadership and exceeding sales targets in a financial trading environment.

In-depth knowledge of CFD products, client acquisition strategies, and IB networks.
