We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Furniture Designer to join our growing team at SUMMIT 360 CONSULTING. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing functional, innovative, and stylish furniture pieces across various categories. You’ll work closely with clients, manufacturers, and cross-functional teams to bring design ideas to life—from initial sketches to final prototypes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Development: Create unique and original furniture designs for seating, tables, storage units, and decorative items

• Trend & Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends, materials, and production methods to inform creative concepts

• Prototyping & Visualization: Produce prototypes and 3D models to evaluate design aesthetics and functionality

• Collaboration: Coordinate with production teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure feasibility and manufacturability

• Technical Specifications: Prepare accurate technical drawings and documentation using tools like AutoCAD, 3ds Max, and SketchUp

• Client Engagement: Interact with clients to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into design iterations

• Material Selection: Choose appropriate materials and finishes with attention to sustainability, durability, and cost

• Quality Control: Ensure that final products meet both design intent and production standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Furniture Design, Industrial Design, or related discipline

• Minimum 5 years of relevant design experience in furniture or product design

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and other design visualization tools

• Creative mindset with excellent hand sketching and digital rendering skills

• Strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects and creative work

• Excellent attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics and function

• Ability to collaborate across teams and respond constructively to feedback

• Excellent communication and client-facing skills

• Must be currently based in the UAE

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 8,000/month (inclusive of fixed allowances)

• Incentives: Commission as per company policy
