Position Overview:
Join a leading global provider of private wealth, corporate, and fund administration services as a Senior Fund Accountant based in Dubai. This full-time role offers strong advancement potential, including a pathway to Director within 1–2 years, as the company rapidly expands its Middle East operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Fund Accounting & Administration

Prepare NAVs, capital account statements, and financial reports in compliance with IFRS and global standards

Maintain general ledger entries, perform reconciliations, and manage fund bookkeeping using Allvue
-
Coordinate year-end audits and draft financial statements in collaboration with external auditors
Regulatory & Compliance Oversight

Act as a subject matter expert on ADGM fund regulations and reporting standards

Ensure ongoing compliance with ADGM regulatory obligations and filing deadlines

Serve as liaison between internal stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and clients on compliance-related matters
Tax Coordination

Coordinate investor tax reporting and collaborate with external advisors on tax filings

Oversee the accuracy of investor tax statements and ensure timely quarterly BAS report submissions
Investor Relations & Treasury

Manage capital calls, distributions, and investor queries on fund positions and filings

Lead cash forecasting and monitor liquidity to support fund operations
Leadership & Strategic Contribution

Manage and mentor a small fund accounting team, driving performance and growth

Collaborate with the Business Development Director to support client onboarding and service delivery

Contribute to the firm’s expansion strategy across the ADGM and broader GCC market
Requirements:
-
Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, CA, or equivalent)

At least 5 years of fund accounting experience, including 3+ years with ADGM-regulated funds
-
Eligible for ADGM regulatory sign-off

Hands-on experience with Allvue or comparable fund administration platforms

Prior leadership experience in a fund services environment
Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of DIFC and fund types such as QIFs and Exempt Funds

Strong understanding of Middle East fund regulations and investor expectations

Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a client-centric mindset
-
Proven track record in process optimization and supporting business development
Compensation:
AED 42,000 – 48,000 per month (all-inclusive)
