As a Functional Medicine Practitioner, you will lead consultations focused on diagnosing root causes, developing customized health programs, and delivering aesthetic treatments aligned with each patient’s wellness goals. Your responsibilities will include both clinical expertise and patient-focused communication, ensuring every client receives exceptional service and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth patient consultations for diagnostics and wellness assessments

• Create personalized health and longevity plans tailored to individual needs

• Perform aesthetic procedures as per DHA-approved privileges

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care

• Maintain thorough patient documentation and follow-up records

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Certification in Functional Medicine and aesthetic treatments

• Valid DHA license with aesthetic privileges
